Reimbursement policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@carpathianjerky.roPlease note that returns must be sent to the following address: Griviței 4, Roman, Neamț 611022.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or custom items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products on offer or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the case above, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with the labels attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to have the tax receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
